The company will continue to supply Pfizer with the product, which is sold by Lilly in a generic form.

The company said that the exclusive agreement with Teva was in consideration for Pfizer's continued efforts to achieve greater health and safety for its customers through the company's innovative online pharmacy platform. The agreement is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
